01Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase the Product.

02The product

The Product is a digital download consisting of pre-built round robin doubles schedules for pickleball, supporting groups from 8 to 36 players, delivered as a PDF and an editable spreadsheet (Excel) file. The Product is provided as informational and organizational scheduling material for recreational and event use.

03License and permitted use

Upon purchase, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own personal, club, league, school, or event organizing purposes. This includes printing the sheets and using them at as many of your own sessions and events as you like.

04Restrictions

You agree not to:

Resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the Product files, in whole or in part.
Share the files publicly, post them for download, or distribute them outside your own organization.
Claim the Product as your own original work or remove any branding or copyright notices.
Use the Product for any unlawful purpose.

05Purchases and pricing

The current price for the Product is $4.99 USD as a one-time payment, unless otherwise stated at checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; the price shown at the moment of your purchase is the price that applies to your order. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, and by purchasing you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms.

06Delivery and access

The Product is delivered digitally. Access to your download is provided immediately after your payment is confirmed. It is your responsibility to download and save your files and to provide an accurate email address at checkout. If you have any trouble accessing your download, contact us and we'll help promptly.

07Refunds

Because the Product is a digital download delivered instantly, our refund practices are described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it before purchasing.

08Intellectual property

All content on this website and within the Product — including the matrices, layouts, text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by PickleballRoundRobinPro.com and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Product as described above; it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

09Disclaimer of warranties

The website and Product are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. While we work hard to ensure the matrices are accurate and fair, we do not warrant that the Product will be error-free or meet every specific requirement of your event.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PickleballRoundRobinPro.com and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or Product. In all cases, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the business is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
