Our promise: if the Product won't download, arrives damaged, or isn't what was described, email us at info@pickleballroundrobinpro.com and we'll fix it or refund you. We're a small pickleball business and we stand behind what we sell.
01Digital products
The Product is a digital download that is delivered instantly and can be copied and kept after download. For that reason, all sales are generally considered final once the files have been downloaded. However, the exceptions below always apply, and we'll always work with you in good faith.
02When you're eligible for a refund
We will gladly issue a full refund if:
- The files fail to download or won't open, and we're unable to resolve the issue for you.
- The Product is materially different from what is described on this website.
- You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same order.
03When a refund may not apply
Because this is an instantly downloadable digital file, we may be unable to offer a refund if:
- You've already downloaded and used the files and simply changed your mind.
- You purchased the wrong item by mistake but have already downloaded it (contact us anyway — we'll try to help).
- Your device or software can't open standard PDF or spreadsheet files (we're happy to help you find a free reader first).
04How to request a refund
Email info@pickleballroundrobinpro.com within 14 days of your purchase with:
- The email address you used at checkout.
- Your order or receipt number (from your Stripe receipt).
- A short note about what went wrong so we can make it right.
We'll respond as quickly as we can — usually within 1–2 business days.
05How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. Once processed on our end, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
